Step 1: Make sure you already added all products to your category
This is above all an important step to check when orderBilly is NOT connected to your POS.
To connect products to your categories:
Go to Catalogue > Categories
Choose the category where you want to add products by clicking on the pencil.
Select Go to detail page.
Scroll down to Products, and click on the green button +
Add the products you want by selecting them one by one. You can also type the name of the product in the search bar if you don't want to go through the full list (organised alphabetically)
Click on Add products.
Don't forget to click on 'Save'.
đ Connected to a POS?
Products and categories follow the same logic like your POS: when a product has been added to a category in your POS, it will also link to the category in orderBilly.
Added a new product to a category, but it is not visible yet? Perform a quick manual sync via Dashboard.
Product still not visible? Make sure the toggle for Auto-link products and categories is ON in Integrations > POS > General. If it was off, toggle it on, and perform a new sync.

Step 2: Add the categories and products to your category
To add a product or a category to a menu, go to Menus. Here, you select the menu to which you want to add categories and products.
A. If you work with category groups
Make sure to first select the correct category group, before you want to click on + Add category.
For the next steps, follow the same procedure as below.

B. If you don't work with category groups:
To add a category, first scroll down. Click on the green 'add category' button and select the categories you wish to add. This will open a pop-up window.
Add the category you want by selecting them one by one. You can also type the name of the category in the search bar if you don't want to go through the full list (organised alphabetically). Confirm by clicking on Add categories. Be sure to click 'Save' in the upper right corner once you have selected all the categories
