In orderBilly, you have full control over the order of your products and categories - completely independent of your POS system.
To adjust the order of appearance, there are multiple ways:
Via Catalogue > Categories (for your products)
Via Menus (for both products and categories
Via Catalogue > Categories (for your products)
To change the order in which products are organised inside a category, go to the category where you want to make the change. Click on the pencil at the right, and Go to detail page.
Then, click and hold the three dots on the left side of a product or category name to drag and drop it into your preferred position.
Don’t forget to save your changes!
Changes you make here, will also apply directly on your menu.
The order will also be modified for the menus that have the category to which the products belong on it.
Via Menus (for your products and/our categories)
To change the order of your products and/or categories shown on your menu, go to the Menu itself.
Also here, click and hold the three dots on the left side of a product (1) or category (2) name to drag and drop it into your preferred position.
💡 Tip:
To easily rearrange categories, click the arrow next to the category. This temporarily collapses the product lists (in the example below, Menu is already collapsed), making it easier to drag categories into the right order.
