Lightspeed K-series and orderBilly should always be synchronised. If this is not the case, orders might not be printed and errors could happen when sending orders to Lightspeed.
Make sure that 3 elements are always correctly synced:
The Lightspeed backoffice should be synced with orderBilly
You can perform a Lightspeed sync with orderBilly on the orderBilly dashboard in the 'quick actions' section.
The Lightspeed iPad should be synced with the Lightspeed backoffice - in Lightspeed this is called 'reload'.
On the iPad you click on the 3 dots and make sure the 'round arrows' icon is blue, by clicking on it

While the reload itself does not change the Back Office, it is the mechanism that ensures your iPad matches the configurations (menu, pricing, staff, printers) set in the online Back Office.
