Interactive dashboards providing useful data

Updated this week

Our Statistics pages make it easy to generate valuable insights into how your customers behave, which products they prefer, and the revenue they generate. They also help you better understand your customers overall. Let me show you how to use the Statistics page more effectively.

We have four different pages that contain data:

  • General: Overall business metrics and trends

  • Product: Product performance and sales data.

  • Payments: Payment methods and transaction insights

  • Customers: Customer demographics and behavior.

General: Overall business metrics and trends

Here you can select a specific date range and filter the data by venue, checkout method, or menu.

You can quickly view key metrics such as:

  • Total revenue

  • Total orders

  • Revenue per order

You can also group and sort the data by day, week, month, quarter, or year.

Product: Product performance and sales data.

On the Products Statistics page, you can explore detailed insights about the products you sold during a specific time period.

Some of the key statistics you can view include:

  • The top 10 best-selling products and the total revenue they generated

  • Which selling tools were used and how much revenue they generated

  • How many units of each product were sold

  • Which products were most frequently added through selling tools

…and much more, helping you better understand which products perform best and how customers interact with them.

Payments: Payment methods and transaction insights

On the Payments Statistics page, you can explore detailed insights into how your orders were paid. You can view the total revenue and see how it is distributed across the different payment methods used.

Customers: Customer demographics and behavior.

On this page, you can gain deeper insights into your customers. For example, you can see:

  • Total users

  • Total orders

  • Users’ preferred language

  • User types

  • More detailed information about individual users

Important: You can only access data for customers who have opted in to share their information. Customers who choose not to share their data will of course not be included in these insights.
