Catalogue Sync
Use the first blue button to manually sync your catalogue with your POS. Normally, this happens automatically every night.
Managing Devices
Click Manage your devices to go to the devices page, where you can view and manage all your connected devices. Learn more here.
Busy Mode
You’ll also find the Enable Busy Mode button. This feature can help manage orders during peak times. Learn more here.
Navigating the Dashboard
On the left side of the dashboard, you’ll see your logo, venue name, and a direct link to view your menu. This is especially helpful if you’ve made changes in the back office and want to quickly see how they appear on your live menu.
Below that, you’ll find the back office sidebar. Use it to navigate through different settings and customize your orderBilly setup. Each section is explained in detail throughout this Help Center.
