Gather and export data

The Reports section in the orderBilly backoffice allows you to generate detailed exports for orders, revenue, products, VAT, vouchers, and takeout activity. These reports help you reconcile revenue, analyze performance, and support accounting workflows.

You can find this section under Reports in the left-hand navigation.

How to generate a report

  1. Go to my.orderbilly.com and log in.

  2. Go to Reports

  3. Choose the report scope:

    • Venue

    • Organisation

    • Menu group

  4. Select a report type

  5. Set a start and end date

  6. Click Save to generate and export the report

Each report type exports a CSV file with predefined columns. Below you’ll find an overview of all available report types and the exact columns included in each export.


Orders report

What is it?
A complete list of all paid orders within the selected period.

Main usage & goal:

  • Reconcile total revenue with your payment provider

  • Review individual orders for support or dispute handling

  • Export order data for accounting or bookkeeping

Exported columns:

  • Menu

  • Order ID

  • Ordered at

  • Total Price

  • Total VAT

  • Discount

  • Tip

  • Pickup Code

  • Table Number

  • Takeout Date

  • User Name

  • Email

  • Message

Order products report

What is it?
A detailed breakdown of every product sold, grouped by order.

Main usage & goal:

  • Analyze product-level sales performance

  • Understand which items generate the most revenue

  • Export detailed product data for stock or menu analysis

Exported columns:

  • Menu

  • Prep Location

  • Order ID

  • Ordered at

  • Total Price

  • Tip

  • Pickup Code

  • Table Number

  • Takeout Date

  • User

  • User Email

Day report

What is it?
A summarized overview of total revenue per day.

Main usage & goal:

  • Track daily turnover trends

  • Compare performance across days or periods

  • Quickly validate daily totals for reporting

Exported columns:

  • Day

  • Menu

  • Revenue


Overview of revenue per product

What is it?
A daily breakdown of revenue per product.

Main usage & goal:

  • Identify top-performing and underperforming products

  • Support menu optimization decisions

  • Analyze pricing and demand trends over time

Exported columns:

  • Day

  • Menu

  • Amount

  • Product Name

  • Product Price

  • Tax Rate

  • Total


Takeout report

What is it?
A list of all takeout and delivery orders.

Main usage & goal:

  • Review takeout-specific performance

  • Export customer and delivery details if needed

  • Support operational follow-up on takeout orders

Exported columns:

  • Menu

  • Order ID

  • Order Type

  • Ordered at

  • Takeout Date

  • Address

  • Total Price

  • Discount

Voucher report

What is it?
An overview of all vouchers used during the selected period.

Main usage & goal:

  • Track voucher and promotion usage

  • Validate discounts applied via vouchers

  • Support marketing and campaign analysis

  • Total Price

VAT report

What is it?
A VAT-compliant breakdown of revenue per VAT rate, per day.

Main usage & goal:

  • Prepare VAT declarations

  • Share VAT data with your accountant

  • Validate VAT calculations per tax rate

  • VAT Rate

  • Revenue excl VAT

  • VAT Amount

  • Revenue incl VAT
