Through 'catalogue' - 'categories' you can see an overview of your existing categories. There you can also create a new category by clicking on the green button 'add category'. You can enter the name and optionally a description for this category. You can also add an image for each category.
Through the 'language icon' next to the category name and description, you can also add translations immediately.
