If your Kiosk is frozen, stuck on a loading screen, or simply acting up, rebooting it remotely from the orderBilly backoffice is usually the quickest fix. Follow the steps below.
Steps to reboot your Kiosk
Log in to the orderBilly backoffice and go to the Devices page: https://my.orderbilly.com/devices?type=all
Find the Kiosk device you want to reboot in the list of devices.
Click on the device to open its settings page.
Scroll down to the Device management (MDM) section.
Click the Reboot device button.

That's it — your kiosk will restart automatically. This usually takes a minute or two, after which it will reload and be ready to use again.
No "Reboot device" button?
If you don't see a Reboot device button on your kiosk's settings page, your kiosk hasn't been updated to support remote rebooting yet. In that case, please contact your orderBilly account manager or reach out to orderBilly support — they'll help you get your device updated.
