Go to Menu → Menu settings and scroll to the Pickup code section.
Enable automatic pickup codes
Make sure the Generate pickup code toggle is turned on. When enabled, every new order will automatically receive a unique pickup code.
Set the pickup code type
Use the Pickup code type dropdown to select how codes are generated. Set this to Auto to use the number ranges you define below.
Configure pickup code ranges
Under Pickup code ranges, you can define one or more number ranges. Codes will be drawn from these ranges automatically.
To add a range:
Click Add range.
Enter a starting number in the From field.
Enter an ending number in the To field.
Repeat to add multiple ranges if needed.
To remove a range, click the trash icon on the right side of that range.
Example: Setting a range from 200 to 400 means customers will receive a pickup code between 200 and 400.
