A guide on how to export the table QR-code file for sticker or plate orders.

If you'd like to order QR code stickers or QR code plates, you'll first need to export the QR codes from your orderBilly backoffice. This export file can then be uploaded to the orderBilly QR code request form.

Step 1: Check if the table QR-codes are available on the QR-code organizer page

When linking your POS to orderBilly, the floorplan and tables will be synced.
This automatically creates a QR-code per existing table.
Please check first if the list is complete, on the QR-code Organizer page.
IF THE LIST IS COMPLETE, YOU CAN SKIP TO STEP 2

IF THE LIST IS NOT COMPLETE

Create the table QR Codes

  1. Log in to your orderBilly backoffice.

  2. Click New QR.

  3. Select Table QR.

  4. Choose how many QR codes you'd like to create.

  5. Link a table for each of these QR codes.

  6. Click Save to create the QR codes.

Your new Table QR codes are now stored in the QR-code database.

Step 2: Export the QR Codes

  1. Click New Export.

  2. Select QR-codes as the export type.

  3. Click Save.

orderBilly will generate an export file containing all QR codes, including a unique URL for each QR code.

Step 3: Keep Only the QR Codes You Need

  1. Open the exported file.

  2. Delete every row containing QR codes you don't want to order.

  3. Save the file so it only contains the QR codes you need stickers or plates for.

You're now ready to upload this file in the orderBilly QR-code request form.
