Receipt note configuration

This feature will allow you to choose which information is being pushed from the orderBilly order to the printed ticket via the Untill POS-system.

Go to Settings - POS Integrations - General.
Scroll down to the 'Receipt notes customisation' section.

Here you can select which information will be shown on the ticket.

  • First name: adds the first name of the customer on the print receipt.

  • Customer message: if the customer provided a personal message along with the order, this will be displayed.

  • Order ID: shows the unique order ID on the printed ticket.

  • Pickup code: shows the pickup code on the printed ticket. Useful for take-away services.

  • Table number: if the customer selected a specific table number, this will be shown on the printed ticket.

  • Phone number: adds the telephone number of the customer on the print receipt.

  • Takeout date: in case of a take-away order, the selected pick-up moment will be shown on the ticket.
