What is a favourite products category?
When returning customers place an order, a Favorite Products category will appear at the top of the menu. The system remembers their previous orders, making it easier for customers to quickly see and reorder the items they bought last time.
How to add a favourite products category to your menu?
Go to Menus, select the menu you want to edit, and click on Other Settings. Scroll down, and you will see the Favorite Products option.
Turn the toggle on, and the Favorite Products category will appear at the top of the customer’s menu.
