What are popular and favorite products?
You can add ‘Popular Products’ and 'Favorite products' at the top of your menu.
Popular products: popular products among different clients ordering on this menu
Favourite products: products your client has ordered frequently in the past will appear as a favourite on the menu for him. This is different for each client, as it is based on previous orders from this same client.
This will display a selection of popular and/or items right at the top and it will look like this:
How to add popular products to your menu?
Go to Menus and click on the Menu you want to update.
Click on Other Settings and scroll down. You will see the Popular Products and Favourite products option.
3. Turn the toggle(s) on. This will make the Popular Products and/or Favourite Products appear at the top of your menu.
There are two ways to populate this category:
Auto-generate popular products: When this toggle is on, the system selects popular items based on the number of orders in the last 30 days.
Manual selection: If you prefer, you can choose the products yourself. They will also appear at the top of the menu, but only the items you select will be shown.
