When you go to the catalogue and then to categories, you can edit your categories on the ‘detail page’.
There, you’ll see a button labeled ‘Only orderable via staff’.
When you enable this, customers will see that the products can only be ordered through staff. This correctly applies to all types of products: with or without (stepped) additions.
