Tracking your product stock in orderBilly is easy. On each product’s detail page, you can monitor its stock level.
The stock number decreases automatically with every sale to help prevent overselling.
Tracking stock is optional, but it’s a helpful way to keep your inventory up to date.
This is how it will appear on your menu:
Viewing Out-of-Stock Products
To see all products that are currently out of stock:
Go to your Dashboard.
You’ll see an overview of out-of-stock products.
From here, you can quickly:
Mark a product as back in stock
Mark a product as sold out
This feature makes it easy to manage your menu quickly, especially during busy times.
Hiding Products Temporarily
You can also hide a product to remove it from your menu temporarily. Hidden products are not visible to customers. Learn more here.
