What is a kiosk?

A kiosk is a self-service device that allows customers to place their own orders. You can add kiosks to your business to make it much easier for customers to order independently.

How to add a kiosk?

On the Devices subtab, click Create a New Device and then select Kiosk. You’ll need to fill in a few details - let’s go through them:

  • Enabled: Toggle this if the device is out of order.

  • Device Name: Give the kiosk a name.

  • Kiosk Mode: Choose one of the two types:

    • Regular Kiosk

    • Self-Scan Kiosk: Includes a scanner for scanning items

Here you can configure whether customers are allowed to pay later, via QR code or payment terminal.


Here you can add URLs for logos, images, or videos that will be displayed on your kiosk.


Here you can set the number of columns for product display on the kiosk and adjust the interface scale to make it larger or smaller.


Finally, add the menus that the kiosk will handle and assign the relevant prep locations.
