✅ Image & Video Requirements
1. File Formats
Image:
> JPG/JPEG – small size, perfect for full-screen photos.
> PNG — the better choice for a logo or graphic that needs a transparent background.
Video: MP4 (H.264) – most performant universal option.
2. Resolution
The dimensions are always 9:16 ratio (portrait)
Set the resolution to match the kiosk screen:

Rule of thumb:
👉 Use exactly the kiosk’s native resolution to avoid stretching or blurring.
3. File Size
Keep images below 1–3 MB for fast loading.
Keep videos under 25MB.
Compress without noticeable quality loss.
4. Length
Looping backgrounds work best when:
Short (5–20 seconds)
Seamless loop (fade or cut cleanly)
5. Audio
Mute is often required:

✅ Uploading your content
Via Themes, you can upload all the content for your Kiosk via 'Media & Display' and 'Kiosk'. You can create a new theme or edit an existing one.
