orderBilly offers multiple menu types, and depending on the menu you select, you'll be able to configure either Opening Hours or Take-out Timeslots. Here you can find more information about take-out timeslots.
How to manage Opening Hours?
For all Eat-In menus (e.g. table ordering), you can manage Opening Hours directly in the orderBilly backoffice.
Where to find it:
Go to Menus → Click on your menu → Select Opening Hours
You’ll see three options under Force Open & Close:
Force Open: The menu is always available for ordering.
Follow Opening Hours: The menu follows specific time slots you define below. You can set multiple active periods per day.
Force Closed: The menu is always unavailable to customers.
You can add timeslots for each day. During these times, your menu will be visible and available to customers.
If your menu should be open on Monday from 20:00 to 02:00, you will have to add a timeslot on Monday for 20:00 to 24:00 and another one on Tuesday for 0:00 to 02:00. You will see, when selecting the end time of your time slot, that the end time has to be later than the start time, and 24:00 is the latest you can add for the same day:
