Tickets are not sent to Trivec POS

If tickets are not being forwarded from orderBilly to your Trivec POS system, this may be caused by the following issues:

The integration details for Trivec have changed

If the credentials or settings for the Trivec integration have been updated, this can disrupt the connection.

To resolve this:

  • Go to Settings > POS Integration in OrderBilly.

  • Verify the integration details (e.g., Base URl, App ID, Secret and Center) with your Trivec provider.

No Internet Connection

Check if the POS system has a stable and active internet connection. Without an internet connection, OrderBilly will not be able to forward tickets to Trivec.

Still not working? Try to reach out to your POS provider.
