Paper is not correctly loaded in the printer
It is important that the paper is always properly inserted into the printer. Below, you can find instructions on how to correctly place the paper in the printer.
A specific product is not printed on the ticket
This may be due to the preparation location not being assigned to the product. You can assign this under:
βDevices & Locations > Locations.
The printer is not connected to a network
Cloud Printer:
Is the blue network light on? If not, the printer is currently not connected to a network. This could be caused by:The network cable not being properly connected.
Incorrect Wi-Fi configuration.

Wi-Fi/4G Printer:
To check the network:Press and hold the power button for an extended period.
Enter the password 1234 to access the device settings.
Navigate to the settings menu to update the Wi-Fi credentials.
Once everything is properly configured, you can return to the app called BillySumniApp.
