How can you automatically print tickets and/or VAT receipts with Lightspeed L-series?
If you want to print the tickets from orderBilly-orders choose 'auto-accept'. If you want to print both tickets and VAT receipts, choose 'auto-accept and finalize'.
Here you go on changing this settings in Lightspeed L-series:
Step 1. In Restaurant Manager, choose Devices.
Step 2. Select the desired device profile.
Step 3. Select Restaurant App Settings.
Step 4. Select the desired device profile.
Step 5. Scroll down to General Settings.
Step 6. Activate Automatically accept and finalize.
You might also need to clear your cache in order for those adjustments to be active.
Also, don't forget to check your Printer Settings. The first and last checkbox should be activated.
