orderBilly’s QR codes are dynamic, meaning you can update linked tables at any time without needing to replace the QR codes.
How to (re)-link QR codes to tables?
1. Access the QR Code Management:
- Go to my.orderbilly.com and navigate to the 'QR-codes' section, then select 'QR Code Pairing'.
2. Scan the QR Code:
- Via the scanning window scan the QR code you want to pair. It will appear in the manager interface.
3. Link the QR code:
- Select a menu to which you want to connect this QR code.
- Select a table to which you want to connect this QR code.
Important Note:
Perform this operation when the business is closed or during off-peak hours to avoid accidental linking of a new table to the wrong QR code, as all QR code scans will be visible in the manager.
