When you go to the QR code tab, there will be three subtabs available:
QR Code Designer: Design your QR code exactly the way you want.
QR Code PDFs: Download the QR codes you’ve created.
QR Code Pairing: Should you want to change the table and/or menu connected to a QR code.
QR Code Organizer: Manage and organize all the QR codes you’ve generated.
On this page, we will talk about designing and downloading the QR codes.
How to design a QR code?
Create your own QR code here! Start by choosing one of three designs: QR only, rectangular, or round vinyl. You can customize the text color, background color, and the bottom background. Simply fill in a few basic details to get started.
Looking for something extra? Select Custom to download a template and create your own design in Illustrator. Once your design is ready, simply upload it - and voilà! Your QR code is ready to download.
After uploading the design you change the text color which displays the table numbers.
How to download a QR code?
In the 'QR Code PDF' section, you can generate and download a series of QR codes in PDF format by clicking ‘Create a PDF’. The file will be linked to your venue, menus, and/or specific tables.
The following screen will appear:
Select which QR codes you want to download and click 'Confirm'.
Your generated QR codes are displayed at the bottom of the page and are ready to be downloaded!
How to pair a QR code
Via the QR code pairing you can alter to which menu and/or table an existing QR code of your venue is connected.
Click on the 'QR Code pairing' section. Via the camera you can scan the QR codes of which you want to change the connected menu and table.
Select the 'linked menu' and 'linked table' of your preference.
