With three numbers you decide how customers fill in an addition: is a choice required, how many options can they pick, and can they pick the same option more than once? For example: 'Choose 1 sauce', 'Pick up to 3 toppings' or 'Choose 5 scoops of ice cream'.
What do min, max and multimax mean?
Minimum amount: the number of options a customer must choose in total. Fill in 0 when the addition is optional. Fill in 1 or more when a choice is required.
Maximum amount: the number of options a customer can choose in total, all options together.
Multimax: how many times a customer can choose the same option. With a multimax of 3, a customer can choose 'Extra cheese' up to 3 times.
Good to know: The maximum amount counts all choices together, so it should be at least as high as the multimax. With a multimax of 3, set the maximum amount to 3 or more.

Connected to a POS?
If orderBilly is connected to your POS, the addition and its options come from your POS. You can't create new additions in orderBilly, but you can set the minimum amount, maximum amount and multimax of an existing addition following the steps above.
Every choice your customer makes is sent to your POS together with the order. So keep these numbers in line with how the addition works in your POS, so orders arrive the way your team expects.
