Overview
If an order could not be delivered to your POS, you can resend it directly from the orderBilly back office after resolving the issue that caused the failure.
Orders that have not been successfully delivered to your POS are highlighted in red in the Orders Overview.
You can access the Orders Overview here:
Before you resend the order
Before retrying, make sure the original issue has been resolved.
For example:
The required POS setting has been enabled.
Your POS is online and connected to the internet.
The integration between orderBilly and your POS is working correctly.
If the underlying issue is still present, the order will fail again when you attempt to resend it.
How to resend an order
Open the Orders Overview in your orderBilly back office.
Locate the order that is highlighted in red.
Click the order to open the Order Details page.
At the top of the page, you will see a red notification labeled "GKS Push failed".
Click Resend to POS.
Wait a few moments and verify that the order has been successfully received by your POS.
If the order still fails
If the order cannot be resent successfully, review the error message shown in the notification. The error usually indicates why the POS rejected the order.
If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact the orderBilly support team and provide:
The order number
The time the order was placed
The error message displayed on the Order Details page
This information will help us investigate the issue more quickly.
