In this article, we show you how to get a realistic view of the orderBilly Kiosk on your laptop / desktop device. Please start by opening a google chrome webpage and go to the orderBilly backoffice.
There you go to the 'Devices' page and open the kiosk device settings page.
Select the kiosk URL and copy it in a google chrome webpage.
On the page, do a right click > inspect
Choose 'edit' in the 'Dimensions' section on top of your page.
Make a custom device with these parameters
That's it, you can now see the kiosk on your own desktop screen.
Attention! If the kiosk is already live on a real kiosk device in your restaurant, activating a payment (last step of ordering process) on your desktop will actually start up the payment terminal in the restaurant that's linked to that kiosk. This might interfere with a customer ordering at the same time in the restaurant. So please test this only when the restaurant is closed.
All other steps in the ordering flow have no input on the real kiosk in your restaurant.
