How to disable a QR code
1. Go to QR Codes In the left-hand menu, click Tables & QR > QR Codes > QR-code Organizer.
2. Find the right code You'll see a list of all QR codes, grouped by type:
Venue — general codes for your location
Table — codes linked to specific tables
Menu — codes that link directly to a menu
Custom URL — codes with a custom destination
Use the filter options on the left or the search bar at the top to quickly find the code you're looking for.
3. Turn off the toggle On the right side of each QR code, you'll find a green toggle under the Enabled column. Click it to disable the code. The toggle turns grey — the code is now inactive.
4. Done Customers who scan the QR code will no longer be able to place orders through it. No confirmation or manual save is needed — the change takes effect immediately.
Re-enabling a QR code
Want to activate the code again later? Simply click the toggle again. It turns green and the code is immediately active.
Keep in mind
Disabling a table QR code has no effect on other tables or codes — each code works independently.
The physical QR code (sticker or printed sheet) does not change, so there's no need to reprint anything.
Disabled codes remain visible in your overview and can always be re-enabled.
If you want to permanently delete a code, use the edit (pencil) icon next to the toggle.
