Here’s how to make it work (with a few insider tips).

You can upload a header image via:
Settings → Theming → Cover Photo
This photo appears at the top of your menu, both on desktop and mobile. Think of it as your virtual “first impression”.

A vibrant, wide photo that captures the energy of your venue — like a busy terrace, happy customers, or a cozy interior full of life.
✅ Ideal ratio:
16:9 horizontal
This ratio looks great on both narrow and wide screens.

Make sure there’s plenty of space around the main subject of your photo. orderBilly will automatically adjust image size to perfectly fit each device — which sometimes means zooming in. If your subject is too close to the edge, it might get cut off.

Catalogue → Edit Product → Add Image

Make sure to turn off product sync before adding images manually, to avoid overwriting your changes.
