After a customer submits an order the customer can receive a confirmation of their order via e-mail, displaying an overview of the order.

You can set up this confirmation mail for every menu created, via the back-office:

Menus - select the menu - Other settings.

In the ‘Notifications’ section you can set up the confirmation mail.

Sends order receipt email to customer

Enable this setting to send the order confirmation to the customer after placing the order.

Sends order notification email te venue

Enable this setting to send the order confirmation to the venue admin mail address.

Custom text in email receipt

Add some some additional text to be displayed in the mail.

Order location

Informs the customer where the order should be picked up (Venue name - menu name - device - Preparation location)

Tip: Food halls may benefit from choosing the menu order location to refer to a specific food stand.

After adjusting the settings to your liking, the order confirmation mail might look like this:
