After a customer submits an order the customer can receive a confirmation of their order via e-mail, displaying an overview of the order.
You can set up this confirmation mail for every menu created, via the back-office:
Menus - select the menu - Other settings.
In the ‘Notifications’ section you can set up the confirmation mail.
Sends order receipt email to customer | Enable this setting to send the order confirmation to the customer after placing the order. |
Sends order notification email te venue | Enable this setting to send the order confirmation to the venue admin mail address. |
Custom text in email receipt | Add some some additional text to be displayed in the mail. |
Order location | Informs the customer where the order should be picked up (Venue name - menu name - device - Preparation location)
Tip: Food halls may benefit from choosing the menu order location to refer to a specific food stand.
