Reasons Why Tickets Are Not Being Sent to TouchSystems

If tickets are not being forwarded from OrderBilly to your TouchSystems POS system, it could be due to the following issues:

The Integration Details for TouchSystems Have Changed
If the credentials or settings for the TouchSystems integration have been updated, this can disrupt the connection.

To resolve this:

  • Go to Settings > POS Integration in OrderBilly.

  • Verify the integration details (e.g., Base URL, API Key) with your TouchSystems provider.

If any of the details have changed, update them in OrderBilly to restore the connection. Once the settings are corrected, the integration should work as expected.

No Internet Connection
Check if the POS system has a stable and active internet connection. A loss of connectivity can prevent tickets from being forwarded.

Restart the POS System
Sometimes, restarting the POS system can resolve temporary issues and restore functionality.
