Reasons Why Tickets Are Not Being Sent to Untill

If tickets are not being forwarded from OrderBilly to your Untill POS system, this might be caused by the following issue:

The Integration Details for Untill Have Changed
If the credentials or settings for the Untill integration have been updated, this can disrupt the connection.

To resolve this:

  • Go to Settings > POS Integration in OrderBilly.

  • Verify the integration details (e.g., database URL, database, username and password) with your Untill provider.

If any of the details have changed, update them in OrderBilly to restore the connection. Once the settings are corrected, the integration should function properly again.
