News messages on top of your menu can be the ideal way to communicate with all of your customers.
Those messages can be announcements of events, a link to a lottery you're organizing, a small explanation of the menu or anything you like really.
The message will always appear just underneath the categories slider and the customer will have the option to interact with or delete the message.
Adding a news message to your menu is done by following these steps:
Go to the orderBilly backoffice and click on 'news' and then you can 'add news item' or 'modify' an existing one.
You can choose a title and add some body text in the 'content' field. Furthermore you can determine an expiry date which will automatically delete the message from your menu.
You can also add an image to make your news item more appealing and visible.
Save your changes and you're all set!
