Creating additions can be very useful to let your customers personnalise their order.
To create an addition you click on 'catalogue' - 'additions' - 'create new addition'
In the new addition you'll first determine the name of the option group.
1. Name - This can be 'sauce' - 'cuisson' - 'hot drinks options' - 'toppings' - ...
2. You can choose to add a description
3. Minimum amount: Here you can determine the minimum amount of times one of the product options should be chosen.
Fill in '0' when the options are optional and not mandatory. Fill in '1' or more when at least one of the options is mandatory.
4. Maximum amount: Here you can determine the maximum amount of modifiers that can be selected in total. This means all the options together.
5. Multimax: The Multimax determines the amount of times one specific option can be selected in the addition. If the Multimax is 3, a customer will be able to choose 3 times the same option. Of course, the Maximum amount should be at least 3.
β
An example:
If you want your customers to just choose 1 of the options in the list and the choice is optional, the numbers should be:
Minimum amount: 0
Maximum amount: 1
Multimax: 1
If you want your customers to choose multiple options and at least 1 option is mandatory and your customers can choose the same option multiple times, the settings should be:
Minimum amount: 1
Maximum amount: 5 - maximum of 5 options selected
Multimax: 3 - max 3 times the same option selected
Then it's time to determine the product options.
You can click on 'create option' and then you can fill in the name, description, price and VAT rate. (1,2,3,4)
5. Furthermore, you can determine if this option should be visible (is enabled), should be automatically selected (default value) or should have the 'popular badge' next to it (popular).
To finish it off, you can also upload a picture per option so your client can see what he or she will be ordering.
