To link your LEAT account to orderBilly, we use the personal access token provided by LEAT.
Go to business.leat.com > Apps > Integrations > Personal Access Tokens.
Create an access token for orderBilly. Copy it.
Go to my.orderbilly.com > Settings > LEAT Loyalty & CRM and paste the access token.
Save it. Now you can hit the sync button to get your locations and settings.
Now you can select the right location for the right Billy venue.

Select the shop that should be connected to LEAT.
Contacts portal domain
Place a QR code of your LEAT Contacts Portal on your kiosk.
The QR code can be generated in LEAT.

Configuration for creating automatic contacts in LEAT
Automatic: Automatically creates a LEAT contact when a customer places an order through orderBilly account.
Off: Keeps orderBilly and LEAT separated. No LEAT contact will be created automatically.
Credits based on products in order
Calculates loyalty credits based on the individual products in an order instead of the total order value.
Enables more detailed loyalty and reward calculations.
Show LEAT activation popup directly
Displays the LEAT login/registration popup immediately.
Makes it easier for customers to sign in or create a LEAT account.
Visibility (Customer View)
Public: LEAT loyalty features are visible on the website and kiosk.
Private: Customers can still scan their loyalty card and collect points, but all LEAT-related items remain hidden on the website and kiosk.
Allow anonymous claiming
Allows customers without a LEAT account to redeem LEAT promotions.
For example, customers can use LEAT voucher or discount codes without logging in in Leat.
Exclude menus from LEAT Loyalty
Excludes menu products from LEAT loyalty.
Menu items will not be included in loyalty actions, discounts, rewards, or other LEAT promotions.
