What are reusable timeslots?
Reusable timeslots are useful because you can link them to different resources later, so you don’t have to create a new timeslot every time you need the same schedule. For example, you can assign them to your spotlights if you want to add timeslots for displaying the spotlights or other content.
How to Create Reusable Timeslots
Go to Settings → Timeslots
Here, you can view existing timeslots and add new ones.
Add a new timeslot
Click “Add timeslot”.
Give your timeslot a name.
Click the green Add button.
Fill in the timeslot details
A new screen will appear where you can enter all relevant information:Day of the week: Select which day(s) this timeslot applies to.
Date range: Specify the start and end dates for this timeslot.
Time range: Set the start and end times.
Add the timeslot to a timeslot group
You can add the timeslot for each day of the week if needed.
Once created, these timeslots can be reused for other purposes, such as assigning them to spotlights or other resources.
