Updated over a month ago

In Belgium, terminals commonly accept various voucher types, including Meal, Gift,

Eco, and Sports & Culture vouchers. By activating vouchers, you can accept

payments from Belgian voucher providers for eligible products.

This feature is currently available for Belgiumʼs main voucher providers (Edenred &

Monizze, Pluxee Coming Soon).

Activate Vouchers on yourMollie Terminal

In order to enable vouchers on your terminal, please follow these steps:

In your Mollie Dashboard (mollie.com), navigate to the Organisation Settings, and select In-Person Payments in the sidebar on the left.

Make sure you have ‘Point of Saleʼ enabled in your Profile Settings (see step 2).

In the ‘Available Vouchersʼ section, click Activate.

If you donʼt see the Voucher section, please reach out to your respective Mollie Contact and/or POS support via [email protected].

To start accepting vouchers on Mollie payment terminals, you need to

complete configuration with the voucher providers directly as well.

Follow the instructions found in the dashboard for the respective voucher

suppliers and click Activate.

VERY IMPORTANT - Once you activate Edenred and/or Monizze, you'll have to contact each of these providers and send them the following ID's:

In the newly created account, enter following ID's

  • Merchant ID
