OrderBilly now supports STAR Cloud printing. Below are the steps to configure these printers in the orderBilly back-office.
Add the new device in the orderBilly back-office:
https://my.orderbilly.com/settings/devices?type=allSelect STAR CloudPRNT printer and save.
Edit the printer.
Assign the menu's, determine the print ticket type and the amount of copies the printer should print.
Copy the Server URL from the printer's detail page.
Get the printer's local IP address: first feed button pressed and then power on. A ticket with the IP address will print.
Type in the IP address as shown on the ticket in your browser search bar.
This will lead you to the CloudPRNT Web Configuration - login to this tool with your CloudPRNT credentials
Go to the CloudPRNT sub-menu and paste the Server URL
Press the submit button.
Save the changes!
