To set up the automated birthday email go to:
Marketing → automated e-mails → add automated e-mail
Select the Birthday mail > use template
Go to 'automation' > new automation > 'celebrate birthday'-template
Select the birthday email you just designed from the dropdown menu.
Review the settings for your automation and provide it with a name.
Click “Activate” when you are ready to initiate the automation.
