You can easily apply basket-wide discounts, such as a 10% loyalty discount, or add additional fees like service charges. Both are applied to the entire basket and can be set up quickly.
How to add a basket discount?
When you navigate to 'Selling Tools', you can add an automatic discount. This will open the following window on your screen:
Here, you can enter the name of the discount, choose the menu it should apply to, and set the discount amount - either in euros or as a percentage. You can also set a minimum order amount.
How to add a service fee?
When you navigate to 'Selling Tools', you can add a service fee. This will open the following window on your screen:
Here you can enter the name of the fee (e.g. service fee), select the menu it applies to, and specify the fee amount in euros. You can also set a maximum order value - once this amount is reached, the fee will no longer be applied. For example, if a customer orders more than €100 from a pizzeria, the fee can be waived.
How to add a delivery fee?
A delivery fee may also be visible in the transaction overview. This fee appears when a customer enters their delivery address and is automatically shown before the order is placed. The delivery fee is displayed separately in the transaction overview, giving you a clear breakdown of all costs associated with the order.
When editing a delivery zone, you can fill in the following fields:
Fee – Enter the delivery fee amount in euros (e.g. €1.50) that will be charged to the customer for this zone.
Priority – Set the priority of the delivery zone in case multiple zones overlap.
Enabled – Toggle this on to activate the delivery zone and its associated fee.
Set a minimum order price for this delivery zone – Optionally enable this to require a minimum order amount before delivery is available in this zone.
