What type of menu (=checkout method) do you all have within orderBilly?

OrderBilly offers a variety of checkout methods (menus) to suit different types of businesses.

Types of Menus (Checkout Methods) in OrderBilly:

  1. Menu-Only
    Customers can view the menu, but they cannot place orders or make payments.

  2. Table Service GKS Tables
    With this option, customers can place an order using a QR code on the table. The table numbers will be integrated into a specific QR code. The customer can view the menu, place their order, and make payment. Once the order is placed and paid, the order will be delivered directly to the customer's table.

  3. Pickup When Ready (SMS)
    Customers can view the menu, place orders, and pay. They enter their phone number, and you'll send a text message when their order is ready for pickup (after the order is accepted or printed).
    Note: An additional cost of €0.10 applies per text message sent.

  4. Pickup When Ready (No SMS)
    Similar to 'Pickup When Ready,' but without the SMS notification. The status screen on the customer’s phone will show when their order is ready for pickup.

  5. Direct Pickup
    Customers can view the menu, place orders, and pay. They will receive an immediate notification that their order is ready for pickup, with no waiting time or delays.

  6. Take-Out
    Customers can view the menu, place orders, and pre-pay. They select a pickup date and time. (Manage your take-out slots in the system.)

  7. Delivery
    Customers can view the menu, place orders, and pre-pay. They will need to provide their address and select a delivery slot. (Manage your delivery slots in the system.)

How to Change Your Checkout Method

You can easily change your checkout method by following these steps:

  1. Go to Menu > Settings.

  2. Under Checkout Method, select your preferred checkout type.

  3. After making your selection, click Save.
