Menu types and check-out methods

OrderBilly offers a variety of checkout methods (menus) to suit different types of businesses. Here you find an overview of all the types you can choose from:

πŸ“ Menu-Only

Customers can browse the menu, but they cannot place orders or make payments.

🍽️ Table Service – GKS Tables

Customers scan a QR code linked to a specific table number. They can view the menu, place their order and pay online. Once the order is placed and paid for, it’s delivered directly to their table.

πŸ›οΈ Pickup When Ready (SMS)

Customers place and pay for their order via the digital menu. They enter their phone number and receive a text message when the order is ready for pickup.

πŸ’¬ Note: €0.10 per SMS message applies.

πŸ›οΈ Pickup When Ready (No SMS)

Same as above, but without the SMS. Instead, the customer's phone shows the order status and notifies them when it’s ready for pickup.

⚑ Direct Pickup

Customers place and pay for their order, and instantly receive a confirmation that it’s ready for pickup - with no waiting or preparation delay.

πŸ‘† Direct Pickup Take-out

Customers place and pay their order via a Kiosk with an instant pickup on site, after receiving a confirmation that it’s ready for pickup - with no waiting or preparation delay.

πŸ•’ Take-Out

Customers place and pre-pay for their order, then select a pickup date and time. You can manage time slots in your system settings.

🚚 Delivery

Customers place and pre-pay for their order, enter their delivery address, and choose a delivery time slot. Delivery slots can be managed in your system settings.

How to change your checkout method?

You can easily change your checkout method by following these steps:

  1. Go to Menu > Settings.

  2. Under Checkout Method, select your preferred checkout type.

  3. After making your selection, click Save.
