Go to Settings:
Open the settings menu in the manager.
Select 'Lightspeed L-Series':
Choose the option for Lightspeed L-Series.
Click on 'Connect Lightspeed':
At the bottom of the screen, you'll find the 'Connect Lightspeed' button. Click on it to proceed.
Log in to Lightspeed:
You will be redirected to the Lightspeed login page. Enter your Lightspeed account credentials (username and password) to sign in.
Allow Permissions:
You may be prompted to grant certain permissions. Make sure to check the box that says 'Allow' to continue.
Confirm and Finish:
Follow the remaining on-screen instructions to complete the setup and establish the connection.
Configure Synchronization Settings
Adjust Synchronization Options:
Next, you'll encounter several synchronization settings. Here, you can select which options you want to import from your Lightspeed account. Choose the settings that suit your needs by clicking the relevant checkboxes.Important:
If you make changes to certain elements, such as images, within orderBilly, ensure that the "Sync Images" option is unchecked. Otherwise, any changes made in orderBilly could be overwritten during the nightly or manual sync process.
