How to set up notifications?

If something goes wrong, you can receive a notification by email or SMS. This is where you can set it up. Choose to receive alerts for incoming orders or POS integration failures on the email address of your choice.

Here, you need to choose a trigger, for example “Order not sent to POS”. In this case, if the order doesn’t go through, you will receive a warning.

  • Order not sent to POS: this should trigger whenever the push of an order towards the POS results in an error.

  • New order: this should trigger whenever a new order has been placed.

    You can determine to which menu this trigger applies by activating the setting below.

Channel refers to where you will receive the trigger.

Receiver is simply the name of the person who will get the trigger. This field is optional and does not need to be filled in.
