SMS messages are not being sent or are delayed

If SMS messages are not being delivered to customers or are delayed, this could be due to one of the following issues:

  • Temporarily no network connection on the customer's phone
    If the issue occurs with a single customer, it might be because their phone had no network connection at the time the SMS was sent.

  • temporarily no network connection in the area
    If no customers are receiving SMS messages, it could be due to a temporary network outage in the area of the food hall.

  • an issue with our SMS provider
    If no one receives an SMS, the problem could be related to our SMS provider. In this case, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

  • A wrongly entered phone number by the customer
    If the issue occurs for a single customer, it is possible that they provided an incorrect phone number.
