Why is there no text on the paper coming out of my orderprinter?

Your orderprinter pushes paper out but there's no text on it?
The solution might be very simple, try switching the paper roll in the other direction.
In relation to the roll, the sheet of paper should come from the bottom. Then the text will appear.
