The Take Away feature in Untill allows you to process takeaway orders through a dedicated table range, keeping them separate from regular dine-in tables in OrderBilly.
Where to find it
Go to Restaurant Settings → Page 11 → Take away.
Table range
The "Table range for take away orders" defines which table numbers Untill uses for takeaway orders. When a takeaway order comes in, Untill automatically assigns an available table from this range to OrderBilly.
Choose a range clearly separated from your regular table numbers (e.g. 5000–5010) and make sure the range is large enough to handle simultaneous takeaway orders.
Time slots and capacity
Time slot nr. of minutes — Duration of each time slot in minutes. Set to 0 disables time slots entirely.
Max nr. of orders per timeslot — Maximum number of takeaway orders per slot. Set to 0 means no limit.
Ordering type
Controls how a takeaway order is created:
Free ordering — Start an order immediately, no required steps beforehand.
First create order — Create the order first, then add items.
First add client — Link a customer to the order before anything else.
On-hold activation interval
Sets how many minutes before a takeaway order is automatically released. Set to 0 means orders are never released automatically.
Kitchen screen colors
Takeaway orders are highlighted on the kitchen screen using three configurable colors:
Active color (KS 1 timeslot upfront) — Orders due within the next time slot.
Second color (KS 2 timeslots upfront) — Orders due within two time slots.
Take away color — General background color for all takeaway orders on the kitchen screen.
Tip: Always save your settings and restart Untill for changes on page 11 to take effect.
